This article talks about what your diet should be to increase your muscle mass. The two main things that it focused on were carbs, fats, and proteins. The amount of food you are supposed to consume depends on how much you weigh and how active you are. I chose this article because so I could get the most out of my work outs and I feel like I could make some changes to my diet. Something that surprised me were all the fats that could actually benefit you in muscle gains.

This article discusses the harm that diet pills are doing. With obesity at an all time high the more and more people are looking for a quick fix leading them to diet pills. But diet pills come with many side effects like vomiting, depression, and metabolism problems leading to lawsuits. This article interested me because we always see these commercials on tv on how to lose weight quickly but you never know for sure if they work. I have never taken any diet pills so I don’t have to make any changes to my life, but I do know of people who have taken diet pills. Something that surprised me was all of the side effects that came along with the drugs.
