For the Habitat of Humanity project I was designing a house for the single Isiak James in Noblesville, IN.  Isiak was very flexible with how the house was going to be designed.  Since Isiak is living alone the habitat for humanity guide lines require him to have a maximum of 900 square feet and two bedrooms.  I wanted to give Isiak a master bathroom, but at the same time didn’t want guest to have to go through his bedroom in the result of the small amount of square footage.  So to solve this I made one bathroom available to the master bedroom, living room, and guest bedroom.  Also, to save space I combined the dining room and living room together.  The end result was a successful house design as shown below.
